Penny's training spans from infection control, blood-borne pathogens, HACCP, Food Safety Level2 as well as PPE training, which I must wear in order to adhere to basic hygiene standards. I practice the IPEN method for placenta encapsulation which is approved by the FSA and Enironmental Health and my business has been awarded a 5 star rating by South Cambridgeshire County Council three inspections consecutively.
